President/CEO, Denise M. Shelton, oversees the management of the corporation, its employees, vendors and consultants. She provides leadership to the firm, develops overall company direction, manages the implementation of business strategies, and oversees daily operations.

Denise M. Shelton has sixteen years experience with the Washington D.C. Department of Corrections, two of which as Warden of Community Correctional Center No.4.     Shawn Nance serves as Vice President for Community Bridge, Inc. (CBI). She is responsible for the daily function and operation of Community Bridge, Inc., overseeing field operations, management of staff and monitoring of contracts. Additionally, she is responsible for invoice processing, payroll, and oversees the comprehensive and collaborative management of the Community Bridge Companies.

    Prior to her current position, Shawn Nance served as a special education instructor in the education industry where she was known for diligence and commitment to service. Her leadership and experience have influenced tremendous growth of the Community Bridge Companies, and has enhanced company operation in numerous aspects.

    Carla Haynes serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Community Bridge of Atlanta, a Georgia based Limited Liability Corporation. She is responsible for directing the daily business functions of the company, which includes overseeing and managing business development, marketing, accounting, human resource activities, and serving on the management advisory board for the Community Bridge Companies.

    Carla Haynes comes to Community Bridge with ten years of prior work experience as an Assistant Vice President within the banking industry. She brings an extensive amount of financial management, strategic business development, and client service expertise to the Community Bridge team. Carla is a responsive business professional with proven ability to manage toward the achievement of goals.
